Warranty Assist's Managing Director John Highfield brings over 25-years' experience in automotive frontline sales, aftersales, financial services and re-marketing. With a keen understanding on the pressures facing dealership profitability, his focus is to deliver a product that gives dealers the flexibility to build margins and profit.
Warranty Assist is part of the Intelligent Motoring group, one of the UK's fastest growing motoring protection and aftersales providers.
Group CEO Duncan McClure Fisher pioneered warranty sales to consumer customers before branching into dealer warranty sales, as well as an extended range of car protection products including tyres, cosmetic repair (SMART) and alloy insurance cover.
As well as Warranty Assist, Intelligent Motoring is the group holding company for the tyres comparison platform Motokiki as well as the consumer association MotorEasy. All three brands are based in Reading, where they are served by a dedicated call centre and Accounts management team.

Warranty Assist Warranty Plans
Warranty plans for dealer customers - Mechanical and electrical breakdowns on used private motor vehicles, sold by a dealer to customers. Vehicles can be covered by the dealer and customer purchasing a warranty plan from our online system (subject to Ts&Cs).
Warranty Assist provides all aspects of the plan, and deals with all requests for repairs in-house; ensuring fast decisions and clear communication. Our warranty plans allow VAT registered dealers to reclaim the VAT relating to their warranty purchases, helping to keep overheads as low as possible.

- Covers vehicles up to 15 years and 150,000 miles (at the start of cover)
