I called up to report a car issue and after taking some basic information on what the issue I had was, they booked me in with a local garage within a few days. I think the staff are extremely helpful, step by step process explained with options of using a qualified VAT registered mechanic of your choice or use their recommended mechanic. I’ve never had warranty cover on a car before so I was a little sceptical this warranty cover came with a car I bought, unfortunately the car broke down unexpectedly (Starter Motor failure) and Warranty Assist dealt with my claim quickly and professionally, especially Skyla she went above and beyond her duties (Thank-you Skyla and her supervisor). I am extremely pleased with the service I received and how easy the whole claim process was, the whole service I received was exceptional, I couldn’t have asked for more.
